These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prime Scuba website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
By using the Prime Scuba website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), have read and understood these Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings made through our website are requests and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Prime Scuba. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of any required deposit or payment.
Scuba diving involves inherent risks. You must truthfully complete all health declarations during the booking process. You must not dive if you have any medical condition that may affect your safety underwater. Prime Scuba reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose health or fitness may pose a risk to themselves or others. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have any doubts about your fitness to dive.
Prime Scuba takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, scuba diving is an inherently risky activity. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Prime Scuba shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in diving activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Participants assume responsibility for risks inherent to the activity.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Prime Scuba reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
All participants must follow the instructions of Prime Scuba instructors and guides at all times. Behaviour that endangers the safety of yourself or others, damages marine life or equipment, or violates applicable laws will result in immediate removal from the activity without refund. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligence or misuse.
All content on the Prime Scuba website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Prime Scuba and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
